CASA of SSW Volunteers

We currently have 51 volunteers over the three counties and grow with each year that passes! In 2023 our volunteers served 257 children total and won't stop there! Our staff is always available to support the volunteers to discuss, support, and give advice about cases. The staff also offers fun and relaxing events throughout the year for volunteers to get together and bond with one another. Not only do we help families but we become one!

Is it worth it?

Statistics show that when a child in foster care has a CASA volunteer, they experience fewer out-of-home placements. Studies also show that when children have a CASA representing their best interests, they are more successful in school and are more likely to receive the services they need.

These children are rarely listened to or asked what they feel and what they want, but you can be the person who does that for them!
