Tracie Cress

Executive Director

Tracie started out working for CASA as a volunteer in 2003. Her passion for CASA landed her an internship at the office and then she became the Sandusky County Program Coordinator in 2008. In 2013, Tracie was promoted to the Executive Director and has been helping the program flourish since!

Michelle Hess

Assistant Director

Michelle first started at CASA as an intern in 2017 and was then hired as the Communications and Fundraising Coordinator and Tri County Assistant. In 2024, Michelle was promoted to the Assistant Director. She travels across the three counties assisting in the offices, informing people about CASA, recruiting volunteers, and coordinating fun events! Jane Flechtner

Office Manager

Jane has been working for CASA for over 30 years, almost since the program’s inception! She has a wealth of knowledge about CASA and is great support for Seneca County volunteers.

Sheyanne Wilhelm

Sandusky County Program Coordinator

Sheyanne was hired as the Sandusky County Program Coordinator in 2019 and has been assisting and supporting Sandusky County volunteers as they advocate for children. If you have any questions about becoming a volunteer in Sandusky County, contact Sheyanne!

Kara Schoen

Wyandot County Program Coordinator

Kara first joined CASA as a volunteer in 2012 and then began running the Wyandot County CASA office in 2015. She assists and supports Wyandot County volunteers as they advocate for children. If you have any questions about becoming a volunteer in Wyandot County, contact Kara!
